ELECTRONIC LET-OFF MECHANISM

Adopt servo motor driving technology to accurately measure and keep warp tension, and reduce the fluctuation of warp tension ;adjust the tension automatically while loom starting to eliminate the tension change in the course of stopping to avoid stop marks and ensure fabric quality

ELECTRONIC TAKE-UP DEVICE

Adopt servo motor to ensure complete synchronization of the take-up and looms control the pick destiny of fabric through computer control, the pick density of fabric can be set freely on the touch screen instead of changing gears. Additionally, through link page operation with electronic let–off, the adjustment can be effected more easily.

AUTOMATIC CENTRAL OIL SUPPLY

The automatic central oil supply lubricating system can set the running time and stopping time of oil pump automatically, and it’s equipped with alarm device to ensure the normal running of lubricating system. This system reduced labor intensity and can efficiently increase the service life of spare parts.

NEW TYPE ELECTRICAL CONTROL SYSTEM

Large-screen color LCD touch screen and human interface are fixed to display some information such as running status, fault analysis, technological parameters ,etc .on the screen, convenient for operation; the USB communication interface is fixed to input various setting parameters into other looms. Weaving guidance system can monitor the working status of looms at any time and be used to set the optimum technological parameters according to loom conditions and fabric technology, further improving the stop mark preventing function of looms and increasing the quality of fabrics.

FEATURES

Electronic & pneumatic tucked-in device can directly tuck weft ends into selvedges to achieve clean ones. for electromagnetic air flow is adopted to realize weft end tucked-in. high-speed weaving can be achieved, the tucked –in device is fixed not only for left and right edge of single width fabrics ,but also for double width or multi width clean selvedge fabrics.

To meet the requirement of sizing and warping of some weaving factories, we developed left & right double beam mechanism for weaving width fabrics and double open width fabrics. The driving mechanism for left &right selvedge and left & right cutter can be adjusted symmetrically according to different reed space, and the driving device on both sides are of electronic left-off control, thus the warp tension on left and right beams can be guaranteed even and consistent to improve fabric quality.

Touch screen type colour graphic display with user friendly software helps setting and monitoring of various parameters.

Quick & Efficient Braking

Special type of hydro-pneumatic caliper brakes is provided on both side of beam to stop the machine instantly. It will eliminate the chance of lost end in beam, even while running at maximum speed. The break is maintenance free except for the liner. Air Craft type of brake is used in press Roller and measuring roller. Both rollers will stop simultaneously to avoid any length variation.

Pressure Roller

A good quality of warp beams with uniform hardness and density can be produced by a system of pneumatically actuated pressure roll with a kick back arrangement. It is made of hard impregnated paper tube and hence is light weight & maintenance free. During stop dignal,it retracts to avoid the rubbing or abstraction of the yarn. It is having a smooth surface and also is dynamically balanced.

Measuring Roller

Processed ends are guided to the beam by means of hard anodized and dynamically balanced measuring roller. It is equipped with aircraft type brake which stops the roller instantly during machine stop to avoid any length variation

Expandable Comb

Comb is provided with expansion/retraction & oscillation movement through geared motor.

Automatic Doffing

Extremely easy and safe donning & doffing of beam is controlled through geared motor mechanism.

Electronic Stop Motion

In the event of a warp break, our high tech non-contact type system instantly activates the yarn clamping device and there by stops the warping machine quickly .Each vertical package row has an indicator light for quick locating of the broken end.

Tension Bars

A two bar tension system is located between each stop motion post and package post. The mechanism activates during start-stop and stand-still position, which compensates the yarn tension of the creel and prevent the snarling at the time of machine stoppage.

Yarn Cutter Device

Both creel wings are equipped with yarn cutting assembly. It cuts yarn end at a beam change as operator moves the cutter assembly outside of each wing. Once the yarn is cut, the reserve package are ready to be rotated into the active position.

Creel Changes each wing is independently rotated from push button station Removing the depleted packages and creeling of a new reserve lot may take place while the packages in the run position are being warped.

Cradle type beaming structure

Extremely rigid cradle type beaming structure. It consists of left and right independent movable cradles having separate geared drive. Both side beaming structure moves by push button.

Yarn Built-up through Laser Sensor

Traverse pitch is very important factor for the Sectional Warping Machine. Standard system is to derive the traverse pitch on the basis of theoretical data, or measuring indirectly. Such system results in different levels of accuracy.

We have introduced highly accurate, online pitch measuring device .The system incorporates continuous measuring and monitoring of yarn built-up by laser Sensor right from first section. This is a contact-less system with very high accuracy.

Kick Back type Feeler Roller for Compact Beam

For high precision, uniform, compact and tidy warping, feeler roll guided by pneumatic closed loop A/C servo drive is provided on warp table. This actuates controlled pressure over warp section on drum. On stopping of warping operation, the feeler roll retracts automatically so as to avoid partial abrasion on yarn. A compact package is achieved on the drum at low thread tension.

Programmable Leasing Device

Pnumatic leasing device ensures precise and smooth operation.

The device is programmers by plc for tilting the spit rod frame simultaneously for 7 lease operation. The high-tech device ensures reliability of system and ease of operation.

With the help of motor ease reed mounted in easing sand oscillates gently ruing warping operation to avoid continuous abrasion by yarn, ensuring longer life.

Hydraulic Air Cooled Disc Brake

Extremely powerful hydraulic disc brake on each side of drum with blower and a specially designed hydraulic power pack ensure soft yet effective braking.
